My View on 9/11
My experience on 9/11 was interesting.During lunch
the teachers had
said that the students needed to be taken home due
incident in New York City.So none of the students
reaaly knew what happened that day.So my
dad came to pick me up and said they bombed the Twin
Towers and
the World Trade Center.I was just happy I didn't have
homework that day.

On MyGOODDEED.COM I seen kids do pledges like clean
dinner plates
without being asked or help people if they need help
at home.Give books
and food to injured soldiers. Also donate stuff to
goodwill.

Philosophy of government 2

PHILOSOPHY OF GOVERNMENT 2

I believe that our constitution doesn’t resolve effectively resolve conflict. One reason is because the First Amendment gets abused in our iDeal Society simulation. Secondly the Fourth Amendment is an obstacle that prevents the iChip from reaching it’s true potential. Lastly with the iChip finding people or loved ones would be a thing of the past.

My first key point in my essay is that our First Amendment right, repeatedly gets abused in this simulation. The first violation is when a president from one class period ripped up protesters pickets in a peaceful protest. So he violated their First Amendment rights because he basically stopped them from a peaceful assembly. Also in this simulation they made freedom of speech illegal. That’s another right that was taken from you. So in my opinion, that’s a good way to get impeached. In both the real world and in the simulation. Now on to my second key point, which states that the Fourth Amendment is blocking the iChip’s true potential. One reason is because the iChip is somewhat illegal for you because it invades your privacy. Also it could be used for unreasonable searches. But in the simulation some people was okay with the fact that the government were, using the iChip to spy on them. So Senator Matthews had stated that you should get the iChip at your own risk. So to go into that more they thought that the government could control you and make you do something you wouldn’t normally do. Like for example make you kill someone, or rob a store, bank or someone’s prized possessions. So later in the simulation they made a bill saying get the iChip at your own risk.

Lastly with the iChip finding people will be a thing of the past. For example say a person is missing for more than two days. The person’s loved one can alert the government about this incident. Then the government using via satellite could locate them with that person’s very own unique iChip signal. Just like the vet’s who use chips to find lost pets, if they were to get out the house. Or if a person said he was trying to kill himself. We could repeat the process to find them and prevent them from killing himself. Now on to another scenario a group of terrorists blow up a national landmark they kill thousands, but before they died along with them we scan their mind to see which group they were with. Now we know about their entire society and can capture all their friends and arrest them, saving thousands.

So to summarize my thesis statement our constitution doesn’t resolve conflict but makes it harder to prevent it in my theory. So to recap my reasons why, one the First Amendment gets abused in the simulation. Two the Fourth Amendment blocks the iChip’s true potential and finally with the iChip finding people will be a thing of the past.

My Graduation Essay

10/23/07
Dear Readers, this is one of my many essays I am going to publish enjoy!I wrote this one because I've corrected all mistakes and my sentence structure has improved. My details are better than before.Plus I've worked on my hook and my challenging conclusion. So my teacher should grade me based on my writing style and details. So I deserve a 4 at least Mr. Romero.

You want to know something interesting? I’m going to be a graduating member of the class of 2011 at C.H.S. The reason why is because I have ambition. Next is because I want to get a good job in my lifetime. Third is because I made a promise to myself that I’d go past high school to college and move into the working world.

Now on to the first reason why I know I’m going to graduate. It’s because I have ambition. A reason for this is because I read a lot to expand my knowledge and my vocabulary, thus making me more fluent, with the English language. Another reason is because I’ve been on honor roll for eight years straight for every semester. Then finally I want to make my dad proud because he never graduated from high school and I want to show him I can.

My second reason why I know I’m going to graduate because I want to get a great job in life. So to expand on that subject because I don’t want a low paying job like a bag boy I want a high paying lawyer, related job. Besides I need a high paying job to support my lifestyle. Then it teaches you how to be responsible, because if you don’t do your part your job will suffer.

So for my third and final reason I made a promise to myself .I promised to get a good, well paying job like a lawyer or doctor because those jobs help people throughout their life. I also promised to get into a high ranked position within those jobs.

Basically now you now you know I’m going to graduate in the class of 2011. As I wrote in the first paragraph I have ambition. Two is because I want to get a great job and finally I made a promise to myself. So know I’m graduating so what about you just sitting reading why you know I’m graduating?
